They do not govern any paid engagement with us — Assessments, Activations, or Managed Intelligence retainers are each covered by their own signed agreement, separate from these terms.

This site is here to explain what we do, show our work, and let you get in touch. You're welcome to browse it, share it, and quote it with attribution. You may not scrape, republish, or reuse our content, case studies, or copy as your own without our written permission.

Nothing on this site constitutes professional, financial, or legal advice, and nothing here is a commitment to any specific result. Case study figures (e.g. resolution rates, response times) reflect a real, measured engagement for a specific client under specific conditions — they are not a guarantee of what any other engagement will achieve. Any numbers we quote for your firm come only after a scoped Assessment, and only as an estimate.

3 · Third-party links

This site links out to services we don't control — notably Calendly, for booking. Once you leave polluxco.com, that service's own terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.

4 · Intellectual property

Everything on this site — copy, design, case studies, the Pollux name and mark — belongs to Pollux Co (Pty) Ltd unless otherwise credited. Nothing here transfers any of that to you by virtue of browsing the site.

5 · No liability for site issues

We keep this site running as best we can, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or free of technical issues, and we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of it.
